“Before I was Realtor, I was a manufactures rep for 30 years,” Hotle says. “So, I have always been in sales, but now in a different commodity helping my clients buy and sell homes. I feel that my strengths are in customer service and always doing the right things for my clients. If you do a good job for them, then you have a client for life.”
Phil believes the time to buy or sell is now.
“Homes are bought and sold year-round,” Hotle says. “Typically, people with families want to be in their new home before the start of school or by the holidays, and I can help with that. We will find just the right house for you, and at the end of the day, everyone will be happy.”
