A primary focus of Hub & Spoke is to foster a forward-looking environment and experience that supports purpose, innovation, and collaboration. The project was borne out of the desire to have the most significant social impact and ensure a successful future for our industry and the community. To help kids and adults find their passion and purpose.
Located in the heart of Fishers, adjacent to the Nickel Plate Trail, Hub & Spoke is a unique 94,000 square feet master-planned mixed-use development and partnership with the City of Fishers. It consists of a design center, coworking, and a makerspace.
The DESIGN CENTER is the project’s anchor consisting of retail showrooms where homeowners and trade professionals will be able to shop for all the latest products in home improvement from flooring, cabinetry, countertops, window treatments, plumbing fixtures, and lighting to so much more.
COWORKING – The Community Connect fosters creativity, connection, collaboration, and the freedom and flexibility people and businesses need to accomplish more. Our indoor and outdoor event center provides community and industry recreational and educational events.
Our MAKERSPACE is a nonprofit community workshop, innovation lab, and art studio where we will provide S.T.E.A.M. based hands-on experiential exploration and learning to develop a skilled workforce. At Hub & Spoke students and adults will be given opportunities to explore the skilled trades as a rewarding career.
