Is your professional network inspiring and uplifting? Does the membership inspire and push you to the next level? Home Artisans of Indiana (HAOI) strives to provide this and more for their affiliated home service members. From business development and special speakers to social hours and volunteer opportunities, HAOI is an unmatched platform for personal and business success.

Upcoming in 2020, a number of members are participating in a 6-month “Accountability Group” focused on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). What is EOS? In three simple words: Real. Simple. Results. From the EOS Worldwide Site, “EOS is a complete set of simple concepts and practical tools that has helped thousands of entrepreneurs get what they want from their businesses. By mastering this simple way of operating, leadership teams of growth-oriented companies systematically and permanently improve.”

Long-time member and business owner of Drapery Street, Caryn O’Sullivan will be participating in the group. “I have been a member of Home Artisans since it began. One of the reasons I have stayed so committed is its focus as a group on excellence and personal and professional growth. We are increasing our commitment next year with a 6-month accountability group focused on implementing EOS. We know that a strong process is the best way to ensure that our customers have a truly exceptional experience on a consistent basis. If you’d like to learn more on EOS, I’d recommend reading (Audible) “Traction” by Gino Wickman.”
