Local concrete firm, Custom Concrete, knew they wanted to be part of Hub & Spoke from the time the initial concept was released. Hub & Spoke, located in the heart of Fishers, Indiana, is a 94,000 square foot master-planned mixed-use development and partnership with the City of Fishers and Hamilton Southeastern Schools. “When I first heard of the project, I knew we needed to be part of it,” said Jason Ells, Senior Vice President of Custom Concrete.

“Hub & Spoke is an exciting innovation! By merging a makerspace, coworking and a design center, they have created many new opportunities in an otherwise antiquated industry. In the same way, Custom Concrete is dedicated to finding new ways of doing old things – innovation is key!” said Ells.

He further goes on to explain, “Most people would say, concrete hasn’t changed much and for the most part, they are correct. However, by merging different industries, technologies and business philosophies, we believe we can greatly improve the experience of our customers and employees!” Visit Hub & Spoke when they open in the second quarter of 2020, and be sure to check out the work of Custom Concrete including the beautiful slabs of the sidewalks and curbs!
