Reflecting on 2022, it was one of the best years ever for the team at Drapery Street. They completed hundreds of projects and collaborated with many wonderful homeowners and talented interior designers, builders, and architects. Here are a few of their favorite moments from the past year.

The Drapery Street team was thrilled to create luxurious window treatments for a showstopping home built by Sigma Builders featured in the 2022 First Internet Bank Home-A-Rama at Chatham Hills. The two-story velvet drapes in the study really upped the home’s wow-factor and we’ll still be thinking about them well into 2023!

Be it privacy or light control, each room in this home had a different requirement for its window treatments. Drapery Street’s team of experts loves these complex whole-home projects the most. Plus, they got to collaborate with the ultra-talented Stephanie Wiott.

For the first half of 2022, Drapery Street worked tirelessly to renovate their showroom at the Indiana Design Center. They were finally able to debut it in the summer! Customers can now experience more interactive displays and full-size drapery panels. Their new consultation rooms are equipped with advanced design technology where designers reveal personalized mood boards and renderings.

As fun as it is to reflect back, Drapery Street remains focused on the future. Here are a couple of things they are excited about in 2023.

Color, Color, Color

From shades of green to soft reds to warm yellows, color has made a comeback! The Drapery Street designers are excited to create window treatments that bring in these trending colors as well as neutral-toned treatments that complement colorful walls and furnishings.

Smart Home Tech

Smart homes continue to get smarter and that includes automated window treatments. Next-gen motorization technology allows Drapery Street to automate any type of treatment and ensure it is easy to use, accurate, and reliable.

Drapery Street looks forward to seeing you in their new showroom in 2023, where their designers can personalize something that isn’t just trendy but fits your unique style.
